Welcome to the Blast Property Services Terms and Conditions (referred to in this document as the “Terms”). These Terms govern the provision of our exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and property maintenance services. By engaging Blast Property Services, a trading name of iSigns.io Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1.1 Who we are
Blast Property Services is a trading name of iSigns.io Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 15437312. Registered office: 98 Wynn Road, Wolverhampton, WV4 4AN, United Kingdom. We provide professional exterior cleaning, pressure washing, driveway and patio cleaning, gutter and roof cleaning, render, brick, and commercial exterior maintenance.

1.3 How we may contact you
We may contact you via email, phone, or post using the contact information you provide when booking or enquiring.
1.4 Definitions
“Services” refers to all exterior cleaning and property maintenance services provided by Blast Property Services.
“We/us” refers to iSigns.io Ltd trading as Blast Property Services.
“You” refers to the client, property owner, or entity engaging our services.
“Site” refers to any location where we carry out works.
2.1 Our Contract
These Terms apply to all services booked with us. No other terms are implied by trade, custom, or course of dealings.
2.2 Entire agreement
The Contract represents the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services and supersedes all prior communications.
2.3 Language
All communications and documents related to the Contract will be in English.
3.1 Booking
Bookings may be made via email, phone, or our website. Each booking constitutes an offer by you to engage our services subject to these Terms.
3.2 Confirmation
We will confirm your booking via email. The Contract is formed once we send confirmation of acceptance.
3.3 If we cannot accept a booking
If we are unable to provide the requested services, we will notify you and refund any payments already made.
4.1 Scope of Services
Services may include:
Pressure washing of exterior surfaces, driveways, patios, walls, and roofs
Cleaning of render, brickwork, and cladding
Removal of black mould, green algae, moss, and slip hazards
Commercial property cleaning (shops, colleges, offices,Industrial)
4.2 Variations
Images, descriptions, and estimated service times are for guidance only. Actual results may vary depending on site conditions.
5.1 By you
If you wish to amend the service scope or schedule, please notify us. Additional charges may apply.
5.2 By us
We may make minor adjustments to service methods, timing, or materials due to regulatory, safety, or operational reasons. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.
6.1 Access
You must ensure our team has safe access to the site and that any hazards, pets, or restricted areas are communicated in advance.
6.2 Site Conditions
We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions.
All works are carried out in accordance with risk assessments and method statements compliant with Health & Safety regulations. You must inform us of any specific risks at the site.
8.1 Pricing
Service pricing will be confirmed in writing before commencement.
8.2 Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 2% above Bank of England base rate per month.
9.1 Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our negligence.
9.2 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity
Pre-existing damage not caused by our services
Indirect or consequential losses
9.3 Insurance
iSigns.io Ltd trading as Blast Property Services is fully insured for public liability and professional indemnity.
We may terminate the contract with immediate effect if:
You fail to provide safe access or required information
You fail to pay for services when due
Events outside our control prevent us from completing the service
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, vandalism, or utility failures.
Any complaints should be submitted in writing to blast@isigns.io. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it promptly.
This Contract is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
